INSURANCES ACCEPTED
We accept most insurances with the more common ones being United Health Care, Aetna, Vista, BlueCross BlueShield, Medicare and Medicaid. Our office will file most other private insurances and you will be responsible for all co-pays, deductibles and non-covered services. You will be billed separately for any services not covered by your insurance. Please let us know if there are any changes to your insurance coverage, home addresses or phone numbers.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
At WUC, not only do we care about your inside but also how you look outside. That’s why we now have a weight loss program. This program is a 3-Phase medically supervised program that allows you to accomplish your weight loss goals quickly and safely.
The first phase is the acute weight loss phase which lasts until you have obtained your desired weight. The second phase allows you to taper off the appetite suppressants and move to a higher caloric diet and increased exercise regimen. The third phase provides you the support and guidance to remain at your ideal weight.
